I turn products into scalable growth engines.
Currently leading growth at SlidesAI across four product surfaces. Available for consulting with early-stage startups.
I work on growth problems that sit between product, research, and marketing. Over six years I have helped B2B technology companies build acquisition engines that compound, combining clear positioning, full-funnel systems, and disciplined experimentation.
Most of my work starts in the same place: working out what a buyer is actually trying to fix, saying it in a sentence that survives being repeated in a meeting I am not in, then building everything else on top of that. Sometimes that means a marketing site and a search architecture. Sometimes it means an outbound system, a founder content programme, or the operating rules that let a team keep shipping without me in the room.
I have led growth at SlidesAI and CleverX, run product marketing at TruckX and Newton School, and consult with early-stage startups on positioning and go-to-market. Outside the day job I run an independent record label and produced a documentary that picked up more than fifteen international awards.
- Own growth end to end for an AI presentation product with 15M+ Google Workspace installs, spanning a web app, two marketplace add-ons, and a ChatGPT integration.
- Rebuilt acquisition around non-brand intent after diagnosing that AI Overviews were collapsing click-through rather than rankings, shifting the roadmap from volume blogging to comparison and free tool pages built to be cited by search and LLMs alike.
- Restructured monetisation around annual plans, and rebuilt lifecycle email around behavioural triggers rather than batch sends.
- Run paid across Google, Meta, and Reddit, and rebuilt the measurement layer underneath it after finding attribution had been silently broken across surfaces.
- Led a team of 4 on growth for a global research and expert recruitment platform, targeting product research and AI clients.
- Revamped the funnel across paid, organic, and outbound, lifting qualified demo bookings over 45% in six months.
- Grew organic traffic 3x through SEO and content, and ran Generative Engine Optimization for visibility inside AI search engines.
- Launched the thought leadership programme: a company podcast, LinkedIn content, and a product changelog microsite.
- Rebuilt performance marketing funnels, improving lead-to-customer conversion ~12% in the first month.
- Led go-to-market for a US product launch across B2B and B2C, managing $10K monthly spend.
- Ran ABM for fleet managers and owned SEO across hardware and SaaS lines.
- Directed product marketing for a B.Tech programme, increasing admission payments 22% for the first batch.
- Cut customer acquisition cost 47% in three months through prioritised growth experiments.
- Drove 60 to 70% of overall acquisition through performance channels, and managed a team of designers and copywriters.
- Wrote across platforms for Fortune 500 brands and unicorn startups.
- Led content for out-of-home advertising and social campaigns.
A category that had built its entire vocabulary around blocking, and a product that was not a blocker. Positioning, owned surfaces, and the operating system underneath them.
Years of UK delivery, a brand new US company, and no connective tissue between the two. The creative and go-to-market layer, built from the design system up.
Both engagements written up in full, with the diagrams, decks, and pages they produced.
An independent label for electronic and alternative artists from Northeast India. Release strategy, distribution, artist branding, and the marketing around it.
Produced a documentary that went on to win more than fifteen international awards. Film shaped how I think about narrative and pacing in everything else.
Advising early-stage founders on positioning and go-to-market: what to say, who to say it to, and how to build traction from zero.
